Work on Lapis Residence is moving at a steady pace, and each step brings us closer to the moment when you will be enjoying your new home. Here's the latest progress:

Block L1
The electrical installation is in full swing on the 1st and 2nd floors, preparing the apartments for the final finishes.
The compartmentalization continues, already reaching the 4th floor, defining more and more clearly the structure of each apartment.

Block L2
The façade took on a modern and durable look with the complete installation of the exposed brickwork.
Inside, the finishing touches are progressing rapidly, and on the first floor, our teams have already started painting the apartments.
