Work continues at a steady pace at Lapis Residence Iasiand November is marking important progress on both blocks under construction.

Block L1
Green spaces were fully finalized, completing the outdoor area of the complex and providing a pleasant and functional setting for future tenants.

️ Block L4

• Electrical installation has been fully completed;

• Interior plastering is realized up to the 4th floor;

• The 1st floorwork has started on underfloor heating;

• The outsideteams started work on the thermal insulation with basaltic mineral wool.
