Lapis Residence

Work on the Lapis Residence complex is progressing at a steady and well-coordinated pace. Our team of dedicated and experienced professionals is ensuring that every stage of construction goes according to plan and to the highest quality standards.

Block L2:
- We have started installing thermal insulation with basaltic mineral wool.
- The terrace of the block has been completely waterproofed and insulated.

Block L1:
Preparing to pour the slab between floors 3 and 4.

Infrastructure:
The preparation of the road for asphalt paving was started, including grading and compacting the ground.
