LAPIS Residence announces the start of work on a new residential development in Galata, a complex that will be built according to a modern architectural concept. Future tenants can choose from 10 models of premium apartments (1, 2 and 3 rooms). The investor is Green Stone Group, a group of foreign investors with extensive experience in real estate and successful projects completed or under completion in the US and Europe, including the western part of Romania.
The complex will benefit from generous green spaces and a network of cycle paths. Photovoltaic panels to be mounted on the roofs of the blocks will reduce common costs and the system will also power charging points for electric cars.
