Work on Galata's newest and largest residential complex continues apace: launched at the end of last year, the construction site has been extended to the second block. LAPIS Residence is a project that proposes a new concept of housing in the capital of Moldova.

"50% of the apartments in the first block have already been sold," say representatives of GDG - Green Development Group, a group of investors who have come to Iasi after successful projects in the US and Europe. The international experience also brings a know-how to match: the developer aims to put one of the building bricks of Iasi on the "cities of the future" trends, and the basic principle is to put the inhabitants of the neighbourhood first.
