Lapis Residence

In just two years, Lapis Residence Iasi turned from a plan on paper into a real community of people who have found their right place in Galata area.
The project started in October 2023with a clear vision: to provide apartments for sale in Iași, built responsibly, with a focus on comfort, energy efficiency and safety.

A project that grows step by step

Today, two blocks are completedThe third is under construction and the fourth is due to start soon.

In total, 95 apartments are already completed and ready to move in.
Those in L2 block were already sold and handed over by sale and purchase contracts, and in L1 block, which includes 50 apartments finalized, deliveries and the signing of final contracts will take place this winter.
The rest of the apartments are in various stages of completion as part of a steady pace of development planned for the long term.

On completion, the ensemble will include 380 apartments in Lapis and other 360 in Onyx Residencepart of the same unitary vision that transforms Galata area in a complete residential area.

Community, not just construction

For us, Lapis Residence means more than a real estate project - it means people, stories and beginnings.
The first families have already moved into L2 blockand this winter will also be handed over apartments in L1 block.

In the meantime, we set up a park with playground and green areas dedicated to residents so that the new community has a safe and friendly space from the start.

- insulation with 10 cm basaltic cotton wool,

- underfloor heating and own central heating,

- photovoltaic panels to supply the common areas.

All these solutions contribute to energy certification A, a guarantee of building quality and responsibility towards the environment and future residents.

In the two years since construction began, we have shown that a project can grow steadily, without compromise.
So far, 175 apartments were purchased in the Lapis and Onyx Residence, confirming buyer confidence and development stability.
