This month we saw important developments in the Lapis Residence Iasi project.

Block L1:
They were outdoor parking completed, and green spaces are in the final stages of development, with the final details to be finalized in the coming period.

️ Block L4:
Teams picked up masonry up to the 4th floorand work continues at a steady pace according to schedule.

Park of the ensemble, which also includes a modern playground for childrenis almost finalized.

Work continues according to plan, with each stage bringing closer the full picture of the first developed area of the Lapis Residence complex.
